I am running a P4 2.8C with Asus P4P800 Dlx mobo and I want to overclock it. What would be the best software program to use to achieve this goal?

Bios = direct way of doing it
programs = indirect way of doing it
Plus i think programs only set it until next reboot but not sure since bios is the way to go and thats why i use along with 97% of others.
