What is the best software to make sure that you aren't having memory leaks and what not?

Indeed should probably be added to the Memory FAQ ;)
I use TaskInfo 2003 (http://www.iarsn.com/taskinfo.html) for that type of monitoring
Ive found it extremely useful ;)
