As of right now, this is just a warning. Here are the events leading up to this warning.
First contect buy J_MAN_20012000 in my FS thread: FS: PS2 Bundle + 6 Games (http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=766112&highlight=ps2+bundle)
The deal was to be as follows: 2 PS2 Games (SOCOM 2/Twisted Metal Black) for 40GB Maxtor HDD
The deal was made and I agreed to send him the games first, and the hard drive would be sent when he got the games. Seemed fine to me, refs checked out on Heatware and has made 500+ posts here. So I'm not quite sure what the problem is.
PS2 games get send out w/delivery confirmation so I know for a fact that he got them.
A few days go by and I don't here from him. I finally get a message saying he'll ship out the hard drive the next day and sorry, bla bla bla. 2 weeks go by with no hard drive, so I'm starting to get pissed off. I send him a rather 'uncomfortable' pm saying to contact me or I'll report him and all that. So 5 day go come and go and I finally here from him:
"Sorry for the bad communication man, I have had some serious family difficulties and problems. I havent been home in like a month because of everything that is going wrong. I am so sorry that I havent responded to you. I am not trying to troll you, I do still have your Hard drive and will try to get it out to you as soon as possible man, Please forgive me for the inconveniance... Im really sorry man, I know it dont look good, but i will get it out to you... Please give me a little time to get everything worked out at home..."

I sent a reply saying that's fine just get my box to me. 3 weeks later, guess what no hard drive. Just now I sent him the following message via PM and email (though HardForum):
"Jesse,
It has been six weeks since I sent you the PS2 games, and the 40GB hard drive you owe me is no where to be found. I'm just letting you know that you have until 8-23 (Mon.) to contact me before I call you directly. This has gone on far enough. As of right now, I'm considering this a troll situation and will be informing the admins here at HardForum.com as such, and also at TrollHunters.com. I mean, all you have to do is just send me the hard drive, it's really not that hard. I don't know about you, but having my name, address, and phone number black-listed on the internet doesn't sound like fun.

I had to look him up on excite.com to find his phone number, when I did I found his address but it was under a female name (mother?). I said in my 'uncomfortable' message that if he did not contact me that I would call this person ato see what's up, which got a response from him.
So, I'm giving him until monday to contact me, either via pm, email, or phone or else I'm calling him and talking to his mom or whatever.
Any information anyone has on this guy would be a help, admins too.
