Looking for advice :(

Okay a few weeks ago I bought a video card from the user Will013. The day I paid he said he would probably be able to ship it out the next day. Then the next day comes and I get no reply. Then the next day comes and I send him a pm asking for a tracking number or if he shipped it yet or whatnot. Then the next day comes and I IM him on aim trying to get some info. After a bit some girl IMs me back saying he was rushed into emergency and is upset that he couldn't send out the stuff and is having his surgery that day in a couple hours. Anyway it's been almost 2 weeks now and I havn't heard anything (2 weeks since she IMed me will be tommorow). I'm just wondering what you guys would do at this point. I hate to be an ass about it but really this has been a long time. I hope the guy is okay. All I really want is some information. Anyone happen to know this guy? Anyone got any advice? Thanks in advance.

Btw at this point I am in NO WAY calling this guy the T word. Just looking for advice.

it doesn't look like he's posted anything here since 8/1 (hasn't logged on since the 2nd) and he hasn't posted anything on AT forums since 7/27. Seems like something's wrong-- not troll, but maybe health.

Only one that was found on the yahoo directory which may or may not be him. How long would you guys wait before trying to get your money back?

I'd try calling. Also, post a thread on AT forums. They are helpful guys. E-mail people he has traded with before and see if they have any contact info.

He's had a history of health problems that he's mentioned on this forum in the past... But I've never heard of a deal he didn't come through on. Hope he's okay.
