Okay so I wasnt sure where I should post this or who I should ask. But I had a question about Paypal.
It seems I had a personal account which worked fine and they didnt charge me money to receive money. But some dumbasses on eBay eventually forced me to "upgrade" to a Business account so I could receive credit card payments. But now damn Paypal charges me to receive EVERYTHING even if its not credit card.
SOOOO I was wondering if I could open another Personal Paypal account using the same Bank account just to accept non credit card payments without getting charged my Paypal. Has anyone tried this? Will they let you?

Business account sucks, you should downgrade to Premier at least.
But I think you can disconnect your bank account from your premier account. Then create another paypal with your same bank account. And leave your Credit Card for the premier account.

Create 2 Accounts
1- NON-CC ONLY....Verify Yourself, and NEVER ACCEPT A PAYMENT THAT DEMANDS UPGRADE
2-Credit Card ONLY - I demand that they add 3% if they want to pay to this account....But thats just me....Goodluck

just use personal and take non-cc only, much less hassle. anyone who doesnt have a bank account or know how to link it to their paypal account isn't someone you want buying from you anyway.

per paypal TOS, you are allowed to have 2 accounts, a premier/business and a personal.
premier/business account are about the same.

Yes I know, but its insane that newbies cant read on ebay auctions non-cc only. I also dont see why fees shoudnt be charged to the buyer, not the seller.

i know where your comin from, but you have to figure a normal merchant account would be a shit load more expensive then what paypal charges to except credit cards. I run a business so i guess i just see it as a have to expence
