Change user type in Win 2K

I'm not sure how to change a user account in W2K. I have someone setup as a limited account but need to change it to full Admin capabilities. I'm already logged in as Admin but I can't find any option to change the account to Admin. Can someone walk me through it? Thanks.

start>control panel>administrative tools>computer management>users and groups>right click account>properties
