Checking if a MO Was cashed...

I sent a USPS MO to a state up about a week ago. It should have gotten there within 2 days and now it was around 5 and he still says he didnt get it. His heat was more than mine so I didnt want to spend the extra money to ship it with a DC number...

Can I check if the MO was indeed depositited? I checked the website but didnt find anything except to find out if it was lost...

I did it 3 weeks ago and it costs arround $5. They told me If the money Order was cashed I would be notified within a few days...If it wasnt cashed then I would be refunded my money back in 60 days and it has been like a month now so I guess it never got cashed or they never responded to me..

But there is some thing u fill out just ask for it at ur post office
