I ordered the danger den dual heatercore, and i'd like to mount it inside of my case. I haven't bought a new case yet, but I think a mid- or maybe full-tower should work if I mount the core on the side of the case, and mount the fans so they're pulling in, then have the usual exhaust out the back.
Now the question is, do I mount the core vertically and closer to the front of the case, or horizontally and on the bottom? or something else I haven't thought of? I'm still undecided on a case, so any suggestions would help. I'm assuming I need something a little wider than normal, but I figured it would work, especially if I cut a hole in the side so that the rad. is actually floating outside the case w/ the fans inside. Is the fan/shroud/rad still going to be too big to mount like this?
