2 raid controllers on epox 8kda3+..which one is to use?

ok i have the epox 8kda3+ motherboard i just recieved. Which raid controller do i use?

the native nforce 3 250 raid or do i use silicon image sil3114 controller?

also on 2 36 gig raptors on raid 0... what stripe size should i have it at?
which one is more reliable and faster

dont know about the stripe size... i hear 8k is good though... but i would use the southbridge sata first, as i hear of problems with the silicon image chips sometimes.
