how do u check if they are veryfied?

I am gonna get some stuff from y0shi who is now SMPgod (on anandtech)
Just wondering if paypal has a search where you can check if they are paypal veryfied as they can easily lie.

add the email address onto the end of that url below - *you will have to login to paypal

Another thing I do is I start a $1 payment process and then on one of the steps BEFORE I submit payment paypal gives a link that shows the members status with paypal and I click on it.
