I feel like such a troll

Ok, bear with me

I lost my job two weeks ago. They gave me O2 computers that I could sell on the net. I sold some but forgot to grab them on the way out. A few weeks pass and my roomate doesnt pay the comcast bill and I cant receive email. This guy contacts me and says he wants a refund for the O2 i never sent. I said I will check today and see if I can get it. He wanted the refund by wednesday. I totally totally forgot about the refund and wake up thursday morning to a phone call from my mom. She is crying and telling me about a guy who called and insulted and berated her for raising such a worthless son. My feedback is 95% positive and this was just a slip up. I immediately give the guy my phone number to call me.

We talk and he tells me how he is from sweden and how americans have no sense of responsibility and how my prior good transactions mean shit. I tell him I logged into paypal immediately in the morning and gave him a refund. He continues to berate me and says that my mom deserved all the words he said to her to. He didnt believe that I forgot and continued to badger me and not let me get a word in.

Anyway, am I a troll for making a few mistakes? I made sure people got their money back and most of them I give them a little extra for their trouble. Yet this guy keeps on getting on my case and calls me a liar and a thief.

I can handle being called those names and I can understand his anger but how could he berate my mother like that. My mother was in fucking tears, fucking tears crying to me on the phone about what he said to her. She is a kind middle aged woman and I dont know how someone could talk to her like that. Am I a troll or what? I paid back the money plus extra and I trired to make everything right yet this swedish/american thinks he is god and can judge me on a few little mistakes. I am so frustrated now and I just wanted your opinions...am I a troll? Maybe I deserved those words given to me but for crying out loud who curses a poor middle aged kind woman. I am so angry right now. He said he has a place in florida (where I am moving) and I want to settle this man to man. Either he calls and apologizes to my mom or I will fight him. I did a refund in paypal and he says "well the money is not mine again until the transaction is complete". I dont know why he is so high and mighty about the whole thing. Alright, heres the deal, your NOT a troll...a troll is someone who RUNS AWAY, and tries to avoid any possible contact.

No matter what you did, the mother thing is crazy. There have been cases where parent's have been contacted when they have children who are trolls, and if conducted civally there's nothing wrong with that. To haress is another matter. Beating the crap out of him would feel good, but perhaps you could apply some pressure of your own. If it was through eBay or the like, notify them and tell them how it happened. If it was through the forums, do the same. Nobody would help a guy who badgers innocent people, even more for older women.

I don't think you should post his personal info, but I'd do some research to see if he's actually a citizen, and if he's not, you could most likely get him deported for making threats to a U.S. citizen, or if you were really ambitious, you could give Homeland Security a call, and get his ass indicted on some terrorist bullshit, which he clearly deserves. Other than that, you're a good guy and you're doing the right thing. I'd do business with you in a heartbeat.
