I've never used paypal and have a couple questions.

1. When getting money can u have it put on ur credit card or into ur bank account?
2. What are ways that people can fux0r u up using paypal. What are some ways to protect against fraud.
3. Are there any fees I should be aware of when using paypal.

1. Yes....you can have money deposited directly into your checking account from Paypal. And you can also buy things with paypal where they will take the balance from your checking or credit card to pay if you don't have enough funds in your paypal account.

2. There is a "buyer protection" deal you can pay a little more for on each transaction. If you buy something and they wind up trolling you, you can report it to PayPal and they can usually get your money back. Just make sure the person you are dealing with is paypal Verified....they have to verify their home address, phone number and credit card info to become verified.

3. The only time there will be a fee from paypal is when you are paid w/ a credit card by someone else. You will have to upgrade to a Premier account and they will take 2.9% of the transaction as a fee. There may be other fees, but thats the only one I've dealt with after 4 years of online trading and ebay.

don't forget though, that after you upgrade to a premier account with paypal, ALL the payments you receive are charged .30 cents plus 2.9%.... not just credit card payments.
