Which MB/CPU would you buy?

I am considering the following motherboards:
Abit IC7-Max3 with Inel 2.C CPU or
MSI K8N Neo with AMD64 3200+.

If you were going to buy a new motherboard and processor, which of the above would you go with? Forget about the Intel/AMD bashing - I am looking for ease of installaton, value, quality of mfg build and fewest compatibility issues (i.e. memory).

Also, is 64 bit going to be that big of a factor over the next 2 years?

I would go a64. And mobo should be k8t800 pro or nf3 250

I second the A64 route. If I were to build a PC again, I'd go the AMD 64 route this time.
