Any Games like Crimson Skies?

I've recently played Crimson Skies on my friend's XBOX, and was wonder if there are any games like it for the PC?

They made a crimson skies game for the PC around 1999-2000. It was pretty rad, it was more of a flight sim than the Xbox one, and you could customize the hell out of the planes, guns missles, engines, armor, and your own paint jobs. I doubt it's still in production anymore though, try ebay. BTW it was only called Crimsion Skies, no subtitle or anything

Oh yeah, it dealt alot more with the different City-States that made up the continent, you went from the Kingdom of Hawa'ii to the Nation of Holywood, to Free Colorado, to The Industrial States of America, to The Empire State. Lots and lots of good locations and really varied mission types. You played as Nathan Zachary too so the Fortune Hunters and all the other gangs were there too.

And it's a budget title by now, too...check out a local Wal-Mart.

I realy enjoyed the origonal Crimson Skies. I bought the xbox version but have yet to complete it. Check out Heros of the Pacific when it is released for a great looking flight / action game. I am very excited about its release :

is the game good? cuz this best buy guy was keep on insiting i buy the xbox live package b/c of the online nad the game crimson skies it came with.. he was like "yea its really badass man your going to love it etc.."
