Strange GNOME-Nautilus thingy

Well I use Gentoo and have GNOME as my WM.
Now Gentoo likes having /boot on its own partitions and GRUB needs a symlink to /boot if /boot is on its own partiton

What's the output of these commands :

ls -l / |grep boot
ls -l /boot
mount

it's hard to say what's up from looking at a (large) picture of a file manager.
