Ok I didn't want to jump to conlusions but I think it's been long enough now. It all started with a post he made here on the hardforums that he was selling a 2.4c cpu. That post is here: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=759298
That was 5-31. Immediate type paypal payment was made for the agreed price on 5-31. There was no follow up e-mail saying it got shipped. It's now over 3 weeks later and I have not recieved the cpu or a response to status request e-mails I sent to both his addresses on 6-14 and 6-19.
5-31 him:

It's a good chip. Hardly used.

6-14 me:
"Hi, could you let me know when or if you shipped this out? It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't received it yet. Thanks much"
6-19 me:
"Hi, I sent an e-mail last week, did you get it? I guess I'll send some e-mails to your other addresses because I still haven't received the chip and its been 3 weeks now. Really would like to know what the status is."
No reply. No mail. I contacted Jon187 to see if he ever got a reply from bkswaney on his offer. He says he never did, so that's good news. bkswaney hasn't posted since that 5-31 FS post on hardforums, but he has posted recently on the nvnews forums. Apparently he is the owner of ls1.com. It has his name and e-mail at the bottom of the page.
It doesn't really make a lot of sense to get ripped for $85. Pretty low amount to rip someone for. What's more confusing is he seemed reputable. His heat under bkswaney has 6 pos, 0 neg. But the utter lack of merchandise and responses has me posting. So that's all I know, any suggestions on what I should do next?
