I need a 64 bit sff with satasupport and something that I can put my X800 in. What kind of performance could I get compared to a 64 bit desktop computer?

If you go with a Shuttle, you'll lose no performance at all.

the soltek looks a bit bigger than the regular shuttle. and ya theres no performance decrease in a sff except that you wont be able to overclock as well due to the extra heat and lack of a good overclocking motherboard.
Also, check out the review over at SFFTech Soltek EQ3801 Review – nForce3 250 Hits SFF (http://www.sfftech.com/showdocs.cfm?aid=557)
It looks that this box runs slower than the SN85G4v2 Shuttle with the Nforce150 chipset! Weird, I would have expected the Soltek to come out ahead. You will also notice that it runs hotter and a bit louder.
