This has been my greatest problem for ages now, and it is the only reason why I don't run Linux. If somebody can finally solve it for me I would be eternally grateful, I'm pretty much desparate at this point.

Background:
I know the very basics of Linux, and nothing beyond that. I have virtually no experience with it other than installing.

Operating System:
Mandrake 10

Hardware:
Eicon Diva PCI ISDN card

I've worked with it as much as I could, but I really have no clue what I'm doing. If someone could just give me a walkthrough or something, I really need to get this working. If you need any more info on the system or anything else let me know.

The first one of those is my thread. The second has basically the same advice. I tried what the guy said but it didn't seem to work and I have since switched distros. This should be easy in Mandrake from what I've heard, I just have no clue where to begin.
