It should, the power connector (to the motherboard) is the same I think (20 pin). Although, if you have a micro ATX case I would make sure the PS will fit in there.

Unless it says otherwise, it should be an ATX connector. I have had a few mATX boards in my possesion at one time or another for a few years now and all had ATX power connectors. Some newer ones will have the 4 pin ATX12v line too, so make sure you have a Power Supply with that line if the mobo needs it (the Shuttle boards that were posted down below on sale at the Egg require them.)

I use that combination.

Remenber that the only difference between ATX and MicroATX motherboards are the number of PCI slots, nothing else.
