I have been buying Packaging peanuts at office depot. But after using a $16 bag of peanuts on box, im pretty pissed. Does anyone know good places to buy cheap things like packaging peanuts or box's at stores for cheap prices?

The only really popular place I knew of was, as you mentioned, Office Depot. I am not sure but doesn't USPS sell stuff to pack at their locations? I also just googled for packaging supplies (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=packaging+supplies&btnG=Google+Search) and a ton of stores showed up.

Good luck with finding a place...

I used to buy 15 cu ft bags of peanuts from the UPS Store. They were $30. Better deal than anyplace else.

www.blakeproducts.com

They can custom order box sizes for you and have very nice prices on boxes, bubble wrap, and penuts.

They are located in Warren, Michigan and they welcome pickups.

www.usps.com to get free boxes, tape, stickers (no peanuts). however, everything says USPS, and unless you turn the boxes inside out (which is illegal?), you're gunna have to ship it USPS.

I go to those self storage places. They have pretty big bags for like $3.00.

You'd be surprised. Someone once sent a package to me via UPS in a FedEx box. Needless to say, I have never received a package that was more beaten up... :D

i get inside-out boxes all the time...my parents think im a drug lord from all the packages i receive...jesus i didn't know anyone BOUGHT packing materials...except bubble wrap, that's the shit and it's the only thing i have ever bought. i hate styrofoam fucking peanuts lol so annoying, stick to everything, if anyone needs some styrofoam peanuts just lmk lol

seriously though, anyone local feels like stopping by....well you can have like a huge ass box lol

btw you should always ship via priority or fedex. UPS SUCKS MY ASS! F@CK UPS! first class is like poor man's prio...it gets damaged more often and it's slower. priority is well worth the small additional money...for the security and speed....i never receive damaged prio boxes, but UPS puts them through hell. I also get prio stuff like 2 days after it goes out, versus 5+ from UPS or first class. fedex is great too tho, even saver shipping is like 3 days usually

Find someone who works in a place that gets lots of packages. Ask them to save some for you. I used to work at a smallish cycle dealership and the sheer amount of peanuts we got with just our daily parts orders was just tons, threw out tons and tons a day.

thats probably beacuse the priority usps is handled by fedex :)

Mizugori

um, no, it's definately not...that's why USPS prio comes from the mailman in the usps truck with your regular mail, and fedex packages come from the fedex man in the fedex truck lol

trust me, i have had deliveries come from all three companies in the same day

(my parents think im a druglord)

no you misunderstood. I worked for fedex at the ramp(airport)....unloading planes and we handle usps priority packages from airport to airport then usps takes them and delivers them...got it?

I personally just save up all the peanuts in my garage that I recieve and use those. But if I ever ran out (unlikely) I'd just go dumpster diving for them.
