I just removed windows from all my systems but I must have counter strike - Yes, sadly this is the only game I just keep coming back to.

Can someone please tell me how you can get steam/cs to run on Linux?

I am using the FC2 distro and am very new so please help me out.

Thanks

Looks like Wine will accomplish that fine, although from this conversation you may see a little drop in FPS.

I am planning on installing RedHat 8 in a few hours for my first linux box too and was wondering the same thing... So this info is good both ways.

I have this problem with SOFII. I don't know why I'm so addicted, but I keep a windows install just to play it. I'm slowly getting the feeling for UT2K4 though, and sicne it runs in Linux it means I don't have to reboot, or go use another machine.
