Anyone know where I can find a Hitachi Endurastar J4K20 HDD?

I'm looking for a drive that can handle high temps without ill effect and other than arm & leg flash drives this (http://www.hitachigst.com/tech/techlib.nsf/products/Endurastar%20J4K20) seems to be it.

I found one place in the UK but was hoping for a US based company.

You may want to call them first to clarify that this is the J4K20--it's a little unclear.
