Anyway, xiaminan evolution is alot like outlook, if you want something with a similar look to outlook express try Mozilla Thunderbird.

KDE has their new Kontact. I have not tried it out yet, but it is supposed to be more of a bundled ourlook client as well.

No, it's just a mail client. If you want a browser get Firefox. They are both made by mozilla.
