This deal started back on june 3. I sent scrimserv payment for the vid card once i got confirmation that he was going to sell the card. The fs thread can be found here (http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=760729). on june 4, i get an email from him saying that he won't be able to ship until monday because his friend will be delivering the package. I thought ok, i can wait a couple extra days.

well, monday comes and i ask him if he has shipped the package. no response. several more emails yielded no response. now, its been 11 days since he contacted me and the package is nowhere in site. I know that some of you has dealed with him annd would like to ask if you know his address and phone# by any chance. For now, I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with this person because he is very suspicious. I will wait a few more days and see if the vid card will come.

Also, did you get contact information from him? Leave negative feedback immediately also (important, so if uses his heat on other forums to trade). Contact troll hunters and Paypal, and see if you can get any help.

Hi. I was the person who made that "bump" that the guy above quoted. A wihle ago, I bought a Lian-LI PC-75 Case from scimserv. However, he didnt include the Hard Drive rack, I immediately responded and asked for it, but he never responded, and disappeared from the trading scene for a while....Then he posted his new thread and I reminded him of it, and he acted as if he was going to get it sent out immediately...well...he never sent it...I still want my hard drive rack.
And too bad paypal doesnt show address' in history

then i basically told him to prove it by giving me the tracking number, and i got an email from paypal saying that i had a refund from him in progress. check your paypal-registered email address

thanks for pointing that out. scrimserv is troll and a liar for all i know. its been over 3 months and i have yet to get my vid card. talking with him is useless because he keeps saying he will ship the card or refund me my money. a bunch of bs. i informed his parents about his illegal activities but they seem to not care. i have more important things to do then to talk to this loser or call the police or whatever. i still can't believe he's not ban from the forum. what gives mods?

There are many courses of action when you get trolled... file postal fraud complaint with postmaster general, local police, etc etc.... but even if you're just blowing off steam you should NEVER post a threatening comment like that. It shows intent.
