Is 0 db even possible? Is there a completely silent electronic component in existence? Ill wait for the SPCR review before I bite on this. Sounds like snake oil to me.

All noise levels are exaggerated. Coils do make noise so yes, it will make some noise. But it'll be a lot less than a model with a fan....

I just wonder how these will do for your case temp.... A lot of the other silent PSUs on the market make it raise notably... So you'd probably need other cooling anyway.... But hey, you could use 120mm exhaust fans then instead of the normal 80mm they give you on the back of a PSU, so it could still be quite quiet.
