Ram timings?

Hi, i'm running a NF7-S with a 2.2GHz Barton w/ 512 megs of Corsair xms3200 running @ 2-3-3-6. They WILL be prime stable @ 2-2-2-11. I've heard 2-2-2-11 is the optimal timings for the nforce 2 chipsets? Is this true?

Yes, 2-2-2- generally are the tightest timings. On nForce2 tRas of 11 is best because the chipset likes a longer active to pre-charge unlike Intel 865/875 chipsets that like a tRAS of 5.
