Hey there...I am supposed to use iPhoto to make a slideshow...I need to add music and convert it to a Quicktime file...iPhoto will only let me decide 1, 2, 3, etc. second and not 1.xx, 2.xx, 3.xx, etc(i.e.: 8.16)...I need the pictures to stay at an EXACT nuber of second and thousandth of a second...
OK...math time...I have 38 pictures...I have a music file which lasts 5:11...how many seconds should each picture be displayed in order for the music file to be played its' full 5:11???
I know it's an easy math problem but my brain has taken a vacation and is not avaliable until tomorrow morning......
THANX
P.S.: I want a fade transition between pictures

... you're seriously telling me you know how to calculate it but don't feel like it?
5*60=300s
+11=311s
311/38=8.1842105263157894736842105263158
If it doesn't let you use fractions of seconds, if you set each picture for 8 secs, you'd just have 7 spare seconds... can just put a couple of empty frames in the beginning and end I guess.

Yeah...I fugured it out eventually...at school it only took a few seconds...but at home I was so tired it took me a while to figure it out again...don't forget that you need to subtract 2 seconds from the 8.18...6.18 for the picture being displayed and 2 for the transition
Now what program for Windows can do this??? I need a program...THANX
Can't Windows Movie Maker2 do this? I believe it can and it is free to download, just go to updates and select it.

What is it? All I can tell is that it is a slideshow.
