Ie Start Page Unavailable

Hi for some reason my IE homepage is set to this link to a virus. I can't change it. When I right click on the IE properties the homepage area is faded out so that I can't change it. How can I fix this?

If you mean a Virus changed and locked you out.. then first update and run your antivirus and then also run spybot and adaware it may not be a virus but spyware

If you dont have antivirus software. These 2 are free
