Hey everyone i have a few users that are having a certain problem with their signatures within outlook 2003.. We set all our clients to HTML when creating/replying/forwarding a new email.. So when they create their signature everything is single spaced but when they use the signature it comes through as double spaced.. just the signature though.. have tried different fonts and sizes but it stays the same.. Now when we change it to Rich Text - it works fine - no double space or anything - but then they lose the ability to have images in their signature (i know i know.. who cares) any ideas?
The systems are all running these
-Windows XP SP1
-Office 2000
-Outlook 2003 (since we have the lisence for exchange 2003 and windows 2003 we get outlook 2003 along with it)
-Norton Anti-virus 8
Nothing else really special..
The email server is running Exchange 2003 and the clients are configured for RPC over HTTPS for email.
