A friend of mine at work has an HP Media Center PC, and he created a DVD over the weekend that he is really happy with. He transferred some vhs stuff to his computer, then created the DVD.
When he plays the mpeg file from his hard drive, everything is fine. When he burns the exact same file to a DVD, and then plays it, the video is fine, but the sound breaks up. He said whenever someone speaks, it just crackles.
He does not know what hardware he has in his computer, other than it is a stock HP MediaCenter PC.
Other DVD's seem to play fine on his computer. What could be the problem? Has anyone else experienced this?
