xp taskbar color changing

what i wanted to do instead of having a blue, silver, or light green color is have black as my theme , just imagine a black taskbar and start button, but if you know what i have to patch to make it please let me know ive been looking for this for days :O

Yeah, you have to use a different theme for Windows. Windows XP does not let you manipulate the taskbar color normally I think.

You need to either get Windows Styles (Microsoft) or WindowBlinds (Stardock - my choice)

Another AWSOME choice, do a search for LiteStep, f-ing beautiful!!! Windows can look almost anyway you want :D
