Microsoft is offering a free security update cd for all users worldwide of Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. This is great for folks who can't access the internet, or are on dial-up, or want to patch a new install before getting onto the internet.
The cd can be ordered free of charge here. (http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/cd/order.asp)

Can't be that old, look at the official date on the web site. Dated yesterday. Might have been offered before, but this is a new cd release.

Ahh, that's why I didn't see it. I don't visit that topic much. Oh well, no harm done. Might even be worth a second post if more folks see it and get patched. One less zombie on the internet is a good thing.
