Does anyone know how to stop the "Links" folder from creating itself? I dont use it, dont need it. Everytime I delete the folder, it just pops back up in the Favorites list when a new IE window is opened.

Try the tweak described on this page.

Why edit the registry? There is a much easier way to do it :)
Right click on Links, pick Properties. On the first tab tick the "Hidden" checkbox, Apply, OK.
Close and re-open IE. Links folder will be gone :)

You can remove it with TweakUI as well.

I have "Show Hidden Files and Folders" enabled and I just did the hidden setting and the links folder isn't shown on my computer anymore.
