HD not seen on system. Please advise

I have a HD on my system holding RH8.
The other 4 drives are all holdin XP and NTFS file formats.

Because of this I can't see the RH drive when in Windows.

How can I format that drive in windows wince I can't see it?

Right click on my computer, click manage, then go to disk management, you will have to mount the drive from there.
