Internet Explorer error

On an Windows ME system , when launching Internet Explorer I get a kernel error message an it states to restart explorer and then locks up . Task manager will not end process . System just locks and wont restart .....................................................

Easiest solution: Ditch ME, you'll thank me for it.

Oh..My..God. Just downgrade to 98 if you have to. You'll be better off with 98 than ME. Or upgrade if oyu can! You'll be living so much better in 2000 or XP.

Have you tried reinstalling IE?

That could help.

Try doing a repair install on IE.
