autoplay doesn't work

another thing is that my wife gave me the doom virus so i reformatted my drives and reinstalled the OS now my autoplay doesnt work and it IS enabled in the properties of the dvdrw

I reinstall windows again and it worked.

Try a google search for Microsoft Autoplay Repair Wizard .
It happens to alot of people. The wizard is a 77KB download and should fix your problem.

Well, since you just reformatted, the easiest step would be to reformat it again to fix it seeinga s you haven't had any time to configure/install anything to make it not worth it.
