Hello. The search function has been dead for the longest time so I can't tell if this has been covered. Can someone help me find a customer support number for Lite On? I can't find one on their website and my Lite-On DVD-Rom drive is dead. Appreciate any help you can give, thanks.

Just send them an email, that's what I did. One thing to keep in mind is that if the drive has been painted/altered they will refuse a warranty RMA.

Thanks. It says that you only get one year warranty on your drive and mines was manufactured January 2002 unfortunately so I am out of luck. :(

At least it was just a plain ol' DVD-ROM, those are only $33 at newegg.
