So I finally took some pics of my new case and setup

Some of you may remember my PC-70 (http://mywebpages.comcast.net/dfall/Comp/Watercooling/2.JPG) being watercooled. And this 3.0c running at 3.6gig. Well, I was over the "in your face" look of my led fans, cathode, and big window. So I sold it all, and got a new Lian Li PC-6070B (silent) and a Mach II for good measure.

My HD cage "mod" to improve air flow towards the video card, and out the back fan. Keeps it from swirling around by the sound card where it is of no use.

Thats at 267fsb at 5:4 ratio, at CAS3 4-4-8. At 260fsb at 1:1 and CAS3 4-4-8 it gets 6200 some in Sisoft. I think my ram is limiting me.

Going to tidy up the wires some more. Its a little harder when I have 3 comming from the Mach II thru the hole. I havent gotten around to it yet, but there is little I can do with them really.

All and all Im pretty happy with it. I like the case a lot, even though its much smaller than my last one. I like the solid front door, and the rubber molding on the door and such to keep it quiet. It really is a quiet PC, which is what I was shooting for.

The tape covers the holes, I assume.

The tape is to not let any air out of the holes. That way its a air tight duct. The foam came with the case, its to help keep it qiuet. Its on the sides, and top, also on the edges where the front goes on. I put the bottom piece on.

Why are you confused about the lamp.. its classic. They had a much larger version where the leg actually lit up, but they were all sold out :(

Does the foam actually make a difference in sound... I was confused about the lamp because i wondered why anyone would buy it... sorry guys, i know a lot of you like it, but tacky isn't my style ;)

Well, the case comes with it, so its hard to tell. I did put it in my PC-70 though, and to be honest, I couldnt tell a difference, but it wasnt loud to begin with really.

The lamp is in the den, which I have free reign to put whatever I want in there. There is no way my wife would let me put that in our living room... I like it, even though it matches nothing.

Well, Abits software reads wrong (244c or something), and as everyone knows, their bios temps have been high for some time. Its shows right now, just -21, but I know thats not right.

I think its looks tight .. along with the case also.. but one thing, why are men so scared of their wife ? lol. I guess I could never live a life where I needed approval to do what 'I want.'

Its quiet to me. Thats what I use mine as, OS/Games. I have a 80gig in that SFF case that I put all my "storage" files on. Lets me just have one HD in this case. Less mess, but still space.
