im at 3.17 with cpu: 36C idle and case: 26C vcore from 3 different readings 1.632 (cpu-z) 1.57 (mbm5) 1.55 (asusprobe)... my ram is 420mhz

Stress it a bit more then that!!! I think the temps will go a bit higher over a prolonged period of 100% load....


Are you running the sis chipset??? May want to put a better hsf on the northbridge....
