Aluminum under a $100 is gonna be pretty tough, Lian Li and coolermasters are well above that. Looked at directron and neweggs selection?

Actually, Lian Li cases that come without a power supply are fairly "cheap" the PC-7B and PC-7 can be had from newegg without the power supply for $96 and $90 respectivly. Right now newegg also has free fedex saver shipping on those two cases too. It seems like it was meant to be, go hop on that. http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?DEPA=0&submit=Go&description=PC%2D7

the pc7b is a nice case. if you can afford to spring for the pc60 series (with the removable mobo tray/fan controller) i would just because removable motherboard trays are nice.
