Prevent Clearing of History

Somebody in my family is clearing the history on one of the computers on our network. What I want to do is prevent the clearing of the history (IE or Firebird). Is there any way to accomplish this? Thanks

So far as I know you can't prevent someone from deleting their history. Tne best you can do is use a program like WinWhatWhere to take screenshots hidden in the background.

I could setup a keylogger/screenshot taker, but I'd rather not know what is happening to that extent. At our school somehow they have made it so a user can't clear the history though.
