Installed KX drivers on an audigy card... shouldn't I have 64 voices now?

I installed the beta KX drivers on an Audigy 1, and I still have the usual number of voices. I thought I was supposed to get 64?

Use the Audigy2ZS drivers instead ;)

not sure about the number of voices... where did you hear about that I couldn't find any info.

OTOH, you do get better sound quality.. always a plus, just remember there isn't EAX support which will cost you a few frames in EAX games.

is it legal to post my OWN torrent hosted on my OWN space?

I'd gladly put up a torrent of the A2ZS files (the actual cd iso and the fix for installation over A1's, A2's, and Live!'s). Just need clarification :cool:

I don't see why not... at one point you could download that stuff from creative, but then they became bigger asshats than ever, and took it down. Granted, that was years ago, but still.
