My friend is having a problem with his computer which just happened a few minutes ago. All of a sudden, the program that he is in crashes and he never got his desktop back. While the computer was powereing down, the fan didn't stop going and the CD drive also took a long time to stop. Now, when he tries to start it back up, it gets power for about 5 seconds and then shuts back down again.
