I need one that can change the following with the click of a button:
1. Linkspeed/Duplex to 10 FULL and back to Auto. (vice versa)
2. Obtain an IP address automatically to
ip address: x.x.x.x
Subnet mask: x.x.x.x
Default Gateway: x.x.x.x
And vice versa.
It's for FTPing.

Um... You can do that in Windows, just go to the properties of your NIC and change duplex and speed to your linking.
You can do that IP stuff yourself as well.
Why do you need to do this for FTP? Do you want to seupt a server? If you say yes to that, you might be violating your ISP's terms of use. Otherwise, if you want to FTP into someone else's server, it shouldn't require you to change your IP.

That's what I do now, manually. It's tedious.
and no... it's not for a server.
http://www.webattack.com They might have some tools for you, not sure though. Look in their freeware section. :)

of course if you're trying to circumvent an ip ban.....

then they'll probably just ban his entire subnet.
you can do the first with a batch file, the second with a registry change.
I doubt he's changing his link speed for a dsl/cable connection, that makes no sense, most modems will operate identically on either link speed (mine autosenses 100, I'd have to test to see if it works on 10)
So I'd think it'd be for another subnet on the same physical network? just a guess.
