scratches on side of case

when i built my computer i forgot to lay the case on a towel and i got a bunch of scratches on one side. they are pretty deep, and around 1-2 inches in length. i was wondering what i could do to get rid of them. will i have to repaint the side? can i use some of that scratch remover that works on cars?

you can try but from what ive seen the "scratch remover" only removes scratch from your pocket. Even when tried on cars.
