Stupid Questions, but i cannot get IE working, for some reason. All the defaults are set and it still displays "Page Not Found" for everything. (and i'm not offline). Any suggestions??

Plug your modem in.

step 1: START > RUN > type in CMD > hit ENTER > type in PING WWW.GOOGLE.COM

If it replies then its an IE problem, uncheck WORK OFFLINE in the FILE tab. If there are no replies then its a connection or settings problem. If work offline is unchecked and it pings then DL another browser, it could be a deep rooted IE problem.
