Hate that the search = borked!: How to pain a steel case

I know there have been thousands of these posts but I am just now getting into moddin well simply b/c I have currency now. I just went out and bought me a dremel, an electric jig saw, and some other tools to mod my Noblesse. I plan on painting it soon so I was wondering how I could go about this. Anyone? and please specify the type of paint please. Thanks.

Did I mention that the inside of the case is what I'm painting? and would I do it the same way I would do the outside? Hope you fellas can help.
