This is a small locally owned ISP that I buy a few megs of space from and also get Pop3 mail. He owns the servers, gives out no info to anyone, and is resonable in pricing. You might send him an e-mail to see if you can strike a deal. This ISP owner is a very independent thinker who considers your privacy to be sacred. You can trust him, and the mail never goes down. All mail is virus scanned at the server. Also, he has enough redundent mail servers to handle anything that comes along. It is nice to have a small amount of good hosting space, too. I have around six megs for showing pictures places, like here, and to store stuff.
