What Drivers are you usingfor the 9600? I always have probs with losing textures in CS or they are all black. I also have 1 bad pixel and that keyboard probs sucks for cs.

I use the ones provided by Sager. I don't have any problems with textures in CS. I don't use the built on keyboard for CS.

I think you should email Sager and see what they say about that folder of someone else's that was apparently saved to your hard drive. That's unbelievable!!! They would probably appreciate knowing that and maybe look to improve their repair process somehow.

i am getting a sager within a month from now for college. i was wondering if sager does any dead pixel testing before they send out there laptops. becuase that is my biggest worry too. :D
