how to clean the Stock HSF/remove it

k im gettin ready to install, i think the hardest part is gettin it off, where is the mechanism for releasing the HSF?

k its installed now, but i dont really see any difference at idle 29C, room temp is 66.4F. I put just the right amount of AS5 on it, i guess it has to "break" in
